To reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, MenoreFashion operates with a supplier-direct fulfillment model. This allows us to offer a wide range of products without maintaining excessive inventory.

Some products may be shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners. As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to our designated return facility provided by our supplier.


2. Return Request Period

To submit a return request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached.
  • Items may be tried on but must not show signs of wear.
  • Sale or discounted items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and selected accessories, unless they remain unopened and unused.

MenoreFashion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for:

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Returns without proof of shipment may not be eligible for processing.

MenoreFashion is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate before submitting an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact INFO@MENOREFASHION.COM within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders marked as successfully delivered by the carrier to the address provided during checkout are considered fulfilled.
